Shipping Information

We ship from Canada worldwide to as many places as possible. All orders are produced and shipped promptly. If there is an issue with shipping please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue to the best of our ability. It is important to note that Covid has caused some  random issues with some of the World's postal services, but for the most part things are back to normal with only the occasional exception.

When your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information. We almost always ship orders on the next business day after the order is placed, so if you do not receive a shipping confirmation within a day or two after ordering please check your spam or junk folders as sometimes these emails are routed to these folders. If you still don't find the confirmation email, contact us and we can provide the tracking to you manually.

Orders to USA will be shipped via Canada Post who will transfer it to US Postal Service for delivery. Once the package arrives in the US, you will get the most accurate tracking updates by entering the tracking number we provide directly on the USPS site. You also have the option to ship USPS Expedited (faster than regular shipping), or Fedex Ground (Historically the most reliable). If you need it faster, please contact us and we can provide faster options for additional costs.

Orders to Canada will be shipped primarily with Canada Post (expedited or regular parcel) with the option of using Fedex Ground. If you need it faster, please contact us and we can provide faster options for additional costs.

Orders to Europe, Asia, Australia will ship with Canada Post, and will be delivered by the destination country's domestic postal service. Once the package arrives in the destination country, you can enter the tracking number directly into that country's domestic post office tracking. For example, packages to Sweden would leave via Canada Post and be delivered by PostNord. Once the tracking shows the package has arrived in Sweden the tracking number can be entered on the PostNord website for the most accurate results. Every country does things a little differently, so we advise following the tracking regularly once the package has arrived in your country as some may require post office pickup.

Other Areas of the World. If you attempt to place you order and find that we don't ship to your country, we do apologize, but there are simply some areas of the world that ,due to shipping issues, we simply can't ship to using our normal method. In some cases we can make arrangements to use a courier for additional cost, but this typically ends up being cost restrictive.
